Flexible Floor Plans with Views to Delight!
Our beautiful Great Hall was constructed in 1859, and they certainly don’t make event spaces like this anymore! With 42 foot tall coffered ceilings, 12 lovingly restored 8ft wide by 20ft tall stained glass windows, original organ pipes, and 5,000 square feet of event space, there is no shortage of possibilities when it comes to designing the perfect floor plan for your event. Every seat in the house has enticing views of historic architecture and all the festivities!
Max Wedding Reception: 250 guests (with dance floor and DJ)
Max Banquet: 300 guests with stage (no dance floor)

Photo Ops Galore: We know wedding photos are an important park of your day and there is no shortage of great spots for photos in and around The Royce. Within a few short steps you can take photos in the Ninth Street Historic District, in front of our Gothic historic facade, and our mural by renowned New York artist, Shahzia Sikander.

Note: Pricing is subject to change and only a signed rental agreement with booking payment secures your date and locks you into pricing.
A La Carte Venue Additions:
Ceremony + Partial Flip $1,400: This includes ceremony time and reception tables preset along the sides of The Great Hall.
Ceremony + Full Flip $2,650: This includes ceremony time and all tables stored until after the ceremony and then everything is set up after the ceremony.
Additional Event time $1000 per hour
Dressing Suites are provided 3 hours prior to ceremony. Additional time is $150 per hour
Outside Chair Rental (we store all of our chairs) $1,300 on top of room flip fee.
