Planning an event comes with a lot of details, and we’re here to make the process feel seamless. Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about hosting a wedding or special event at The Royce—from pricing and availability to amenities, catering, and logistics. General Questions

We purchased the property in 2024 and immediately started laying down all of the necessary groundwork to preserve a historic building (not for the faint hearted lol). 2025 was full steam ahead major structural repairs including all new electrical, restoring windows, installation of a lift, and so much more. 2026 ushers in the fun part…where we get to start decorating and seeing the fruits of our labor pay off. We plan on construction ending in Spring of 2026, but do not plan on booking events until July 2026 just to be safe.

Because we are still under renovation, you will need to schedule a tour with one of our team members. You can easily schedule that here.

Congratulations! We would be honored to host your event. To secure your date a 50% booking payment is due with a signed venue contract to book a date. The balance is then due 30 days prior to your scheduled event.
Please note that we do not hold dates and the only way to lock-in pricing and your date is with the booking payment and signed contract.

At The Royce, we only host one wedding or event each day to ensure that each client's event is special and receives our full attention.

All of our rentals (with the exception of just renting our meeting space for a weekday function) include valet parking as a convenience to your guests. However, there is also plenty of metered on-street parking and paid parking lots all around The Royce.

Unlike venues that require in-house or single-caterer exclusivity, The Royce offers the freedom to choose from three trusted full-service catering partners. Each provides a range of menu styles and pricing tiers, allowing you to select the option that best aligns with your vision, taste, and budget. This built-in flexibility gives you greater control over your experience

Yes! Your bar is often the life of the party and we have made it convenient with 4 hour bar packages, cash bar options, etc. Bartenders will come from one of our approved catering partners that you have selected for your event meal service.

Great question! We do require that you work with one of our three preferred catering companies.
Our rental partners for linens, china, and additional decor needs are All Occasions Event Rental and Prime Time Party and Event Rental.
Other than those two categories you are able to use whatever vendors you prefer.
